These terms and conditions govern the sale of costume jewelry by VOLGARA BIJOUX. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded by VOLGARA BIJOUX with buyers who wish to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller on its website www.volgara.fr, namely the products displayed on the VOLGARA BIJOUX website. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available at any time on this website. Confirmation of the order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

VOLGARA BIJOUX will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium that constitutes a true and accurate copy, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The electronic records maintained by www.volgara.fr shall be considered proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
Warranty: Your order invoice/email serves as your certificate of authenticity. It is customary for costume jewelry not to be guaranteed, as the buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their storage, and their use. The buyer may, if desired, request a repair quote (based on the replacement of the affected part and shipping costs) by contacting VOLGARA BIJOUX by email at info@volgara.fr. Photographs and texts describing the products on the website are not contractually binding and therefore do not constitute a guarantee by the company.
Force Majeure:The following are considered unforeseeable events or acts of force majeure, which release VOLGARA BIJOUX from any obligation to perform: strikes, war, riots, destruction of premises and production facilities or other infrastructure, manufacturing incidents, transportation disruptions, supply difficulties, customs measures, internet-related disruptions, telecommunications failures, or any other unforeseeable event that wholly or partially prevents or delays the fulfillment of the company’s obligations.
Repairs: The repair service offered on the website requires prior contact via email at info@volgara.fr. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order
Right of Use:Your customer account and password are personal and strictly confidential information that must not be used or disclosed. You are responsible for any use of your customer account by third parties, particularly in the event of carelessness or negligence on your part. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.
Validity of the Order:The customer acknowledges that they are fully aware that their agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein does not require a handwritten signature. Any order confirmed by the consumer on the website www.volgara.fr implies prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Upon confirmation of your order via email, you declare that you accept the contents of the email as well as these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, fully and without reservation. Your order will then be processed so that you may receive your package. As soon as your order is registered, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and will validate the transaction. The company reserves the right not to process a payment, as well as not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever. This applies particularly in the event of a supply issue, or in the event of a problem with the order received.
Order processing time:Products in stock on the website are available immediately and do not require any processing time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for purchases made on the website is accepted exclusively in euros via credit card directly on the VOLGARA BIJOUX website using the STRIPE payment gateway. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
5. Quality
All our products are guaranteed to be handmade in France. The composition of the various jewelry materials is listed in the product descriptions; therefore, the VOLGARA BIJOUX website assumes no liability for any damage caused by these materials.
6. Rates
The current prices are those listed on the website at the time the seller processes the order. Prices include all taxes. VOLGARA BIJOUX reserves the right to change the prices of its items.
7. Shipping Options
Delivery Area:Products can be shipped worldwide to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. VOLGARA BIJOUX assumes no liability for any delays or failure to deliver resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by you. Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process. VOLGARA BIJOUX guarantees the preparation and shipment of the order once it has been confirmed. Once shipped, the order is delivered to the customer. VOLGARA BIJOUX cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from a delivery delay or loss of the package caused by the customer’s fault, by the postal service, by the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party to the contract, or due to a force majeure event.
Shipping Costs: Shippingis free for France; it costs 8 euros for Europe, and 20 euros plus 15% of the order total for the rest of the world. Packages are shipped via Colissimo with tracking. The tracking number for your order will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order in real time on the La Poste. The average delivery time is 72 hours from the time your order is confirmed by VOLGARA BIJOUX.
8. Product Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and include all components (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, you are held responsible. Any damage sustained by the product during this process may result in the right of withdrawal being denied. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You may choose to exchange the item or receive a refund. The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving your request, for the full amount of your order (provided the jewelry is in good condition), excluding shipping costs.
Any delivery defect (missing or broken product, damaged package) must be reported on the day of receipt or at the latest on the next business day by email to info@volgara.fr. Any claim made after this period will be rejected, and VOLGARA BIJOUX will be released from all liability. VOLGARA BIJOUX reserves the right to request the return of the defective product. If all these conditions are met, an exchange, refund, or replacement of the missing product will be processed.
9. Intellectual Property
Furthermore, all elements of the www.volgara.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of VOLGARA BIJOUX. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether they be software, visual, or audio content. Printing these copyrighted materials on paper for personal use is permitted in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.
