each piece of jewellery Volgara comes in a black velvet pouch. Your orders are processed and prepared in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to our carrier.
Free shipping within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom
Shipping to European Union countries, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom is free and is delivered via tracked mail within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping fees apply to the rest of the world
FEDEX home delivery: €60 for the U.S. and tracked shipping: €35 for the rest of the world. Customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery time: 4 to 12 business days.
Return Policy
If one of our jewellery pieces does not fit you, you may return it (within 14 days) by following the steps in the return process outlined below.
Volgara jewellery must be returned in its original packaging (black velvet pouch) and must not have been worn.
Our customer service team will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return.
Return steps
1. Submit a return request via email, specifying the products, quantities, and the reason for returning your order.
2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team that your return request has been received
3. Go to a post office to send your package.
Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Refund Policy
The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the payment.
The refund amount will be equal to the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs).
Reimbursement Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your jewellery in our workshop.
