Deliveries and returns
Every piece of Volgara jewelry comes in its own black velvet pouch. Your orders are processed and prepared in our workshops within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to our carrier.
Deliveries in France
Shipping to France is free and is handled by Colissimo with tracking, with delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping to European Union countries and the United Kingdom
Standard home delivery: €8
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping outside the European Union and the United Kingdom
Standard home delivery: €20
Delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.
Return Policy
If one of our jewelry pieces does not fit you, you may return it (within 14 days) by following the steps in the return process outlined below.
Volgara jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (black velvet pouch) and must not have been worn.
Our customer service team will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return.
Return steps
1. Submit a return request via email, specifying the products, quantities, and the reason for returning your order.
2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team that your return request has been received
3. Go to a post office to send your package.
Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Refund Policy
The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the payment.
The refund amount will be equal to the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs).
Reimbursement Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your jewelry in our workshop.
