Jewellery crafted in Nice, inspired by the past and designed for today’s women.

Volgara was born from a fascination with a rare French craft: brass stamping. These exceptionally delicate metal motifs are struck in France using antique, hand-engraved steel dies, following a process that has remained virtually unchanged for nearly two centuries. Upon discovering these pieces steeped in history, one thing became clear: to create unique jewellery capable of standing out in a world that is often uniform. Each Volgara creation is thus conceived as a fusion of heritage and modernity.

A rare French craftsmanship

Our jewellery is crafted from stampings made in France, drawing on a unique artisanal heritage. These designs, in use since the 19th century, reflect a tradition of excellence and meticulous craftsmanship that has become rare today. Each piece is then assembled by hand in our workshop in Nice and plated with 24-karat fine gold to ensure lasting quality and a refined finish.

Stampings used in haute couture

You can often see the stampings used in our jewellery at haute couture fashion shows and on accessories from the leading French fashion houses.
