Jewelry inspired by the past, designed for today’s women.
Volgara was born out of a fascination with a forgotten craft: that of antique embossed metalwork—these exceptionally delicate metallic patterns, crafted using hand-engraved tools over two centuries ago in France. Upon discovering these pieces steeped in history, one thing became clear: to create unique jewelry capable of standing out in a world that is often uniform. Each Volgara creation is thus designed as a meeting of heritage and modernity.
Tools for the manufacture of stampings
A rare French craftsmanship
Our jewelry is crafted from stampings made in France, drawing on a unique artisanal heritage. These designs, in use since the 19th century, reflect a tradition of excellence and meticulous craftsmanship that has become rare today. Each piece is then assembled by hand in our workshop in Nice and plated with 24-karat fine gold to ensure lasting quality and a refined finish.

Jewelry for those who want to stand out
Our designs are intended for women who are looking for more than just a piece of jewelry. They are for those who want to express their personal style, wear a unique piece, and stand out with elegance. Whether it’s necklaces, earrings, rings, or bolder pieces like body chains, every Volgara piece is designed to be unique while remaining easy to wear every day.
Stampings used in haute couture
You can often see the stampings used in our jewelry at haute couture fashion shows and on accessories from the leading French fashion houses.
A responsible and committed approach
Our collections include a line of recycled jewelry made by repurposing unsold items from our stamping supplier and giving them a new lease on life.
